One of our previous team members when we lived in Ormond purchased a new piece of equipment called a music box, which works by sending out low ultrasound pulses similar to a radar and reacts by playing creepy music and a flashing blue light. When anything passes in front of the box seen or unseen it starts to play the music and flash the blue light. I tested it out one night trying to make contact with my mother, who has passed. The clip is my experience with the music box. We have used it during an investigation with amazing results.

Before summer began we received a email contact wanting paranormal teams to try out a Spirit Board the writer of the email sent out to us for free. Why not right?
We do not recommend playing with Ouija or Spirit Boards. It is possible doors could be opened, and spirit attachments might occur because of it. It might be fun and games while you're doing it, but you'll regret it when paranormal activity starts to happen, be warned. We ourselves know the consequences.... remember if spirit decides it doesn't want to leave it won't! |

Lilian Place - October 30, 2018 - Daytona Beach, Florida

Lilian's Place is a beautiful historic property built in 1884 and is known to be the oldest home if not one of the oldest near the beach in Daytona. The Heritage Preservation Trust operates and owns this unique property and it is opened to the public for guided historic tours, etc. We also want to thank Nancy, Sheri, Fran and Brian from Lilian's Place for their kindness and stories about the property. We had heard a few stories about the place, to only later discover a few were incorrect. The property was owned by several different families and was even a Bed & Breakfast at one time. Lilian Place was named after one of the previous owners daughters Lilian. There was a story about a women scorned that threw herself from the top of the house and died. This story was found to be untrue. I am sure since the home is historic several of its owners are now deceased, but nothing horrible like that happened there.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time investigating this property and hearing the stories from a time long ago. Nothing on the property is scary, matter fact we felt pleasantly greeted by both spirit and the living there. The families that resided on this property loved this gorgeous home and visit only, because of that reason. Palm Coast, Florida - Private Residence Investigation/September 1, 2018
Hide and Seek was contacted by a Client residing in Palm Coast stating they were having some experiences and she wanted validation she wasn't going crazy. Objects had been moved, both the Client and her husband was poked by something they could not see and a light has been turned off while they were talking to other family members about the occurrences. Client already had an idea who the spirit might be causing the activity. We set up our equipment and conducted an investigation. We do believe the Client is right in her assumptions of who the culprit might be.
Everything we did to get communication going, validated who this spirit might be. Sometimes a loved one is just as passionate in death as they are in life about their feelings for the people they once loved, even if they moved on during life from that person. We do not feel spirit is in any way at all harmful instead we feel spirit just hasn't been able to let go of the past. We are hopeful that eventually through time, spirit will heal and be able to finally move on in peace. It just might take a little time.
Two SB responses were captured during the investigation, along with some noises and personal experiences. The Client and her husband have such wonderful personalities. Both are sincere and kind. We appreciate them being so open during the investigation and we hope this highlights clip brings them the validation they were needing. We truly believe spirit has a way of communicating their message even if it isn't necessarily through the use of voice. Spirit can use all kinds of methods and that is what happened here....

Our investigation involved an elderly woman and her son. The woman has fallen several times in her bedroom and suffered injury. One evening she felt someone get out of bed beside her and she thought they had walked to the bathroom. She even commented to them to please turn on the bathroom light so they could see where they were going, before realizing no one was actually there. The son had a plate pushed out of his hands and another time a oven mitt flew off his hand and disappeared. He looked for the mitt and found it in the drawer under the oven.
We conducted an investigation and was able to get several spirit box responses, along with activity involving our periscope and motion detection lights. Shadow activity was observed twice, and a few noises were heard. Several of the investigators felt they had been touched. The clients deceased nephew made his presence known and wanted to tell the client that family does watch over them. The client's husband is deceased and the man that use to own the property did pass away while living on the property in 2005, so there is history to the property.
We do not feel any of their activity is harmful and Teresa is working remotely to help the spirit or spirits residing there move on.

He was seeing many different apparitions coming and going at night near his bed, in his bedroom. We arrived and set up our equipment then conducted a investigation of the activity described by Client. All of our meters and sensors, including grid laser lights went nuts! Batteries drained and we captured quite a few spirit box communications. We did not capture any visual video evidence other than a ball of light which was seen by all the investigators. We also personally heard several noises and witnessed a shadow dash by, but the shadow wasn't caught on camera.
After careful review of all the video and audio captured plus details described by our client, we believe the Client may himself be sensitive to spirit. We also speculate, that combined with the Clients energy the bedroom might be a passageway for spirit to come and go as they please. Nothing harmful was felt at that location and we counseled the Client on how to set boundaries with these spirits on when it is appropriate or inappropriate to make their presence known. Client was advised he might be a beacon, and we hope he stays in contact with us so we can help him if all becomes too overwhelming... All in all, this was a fun investigation to have done.

Umatilla Florida-Private Residence Investigation/June 30, 2018
Client was worried about some things she was seeing on her outside security cameras. Hide and Seek Paranormal Society Investigators reviewed all of the client's videos posted on client's Facebook page. Every video can be debunked as non-paranormal. Shadows from birds, bugs at night and during the day, headlights from a vehicle behind clients property, reflections from a neighbors lighting hitting a metal roof and lots of spiders (movements are jerky and they reflect as round orb like objects and on one of the video's you could even make out the legs etc...) Client's cameras are not the best.
When we brought our HD equipment out to the property you could see the immediate difference in quality of the video's produced. We hope by showing client the video we captured she will see there is nothing to be afraid of. Everything she is viewing on her security camera's is explainable. The team's Clairvoyant and the other team members felt nothing paranormal was happening on the property. It is unusual for the land alone to have activity.
Most often the home will have activity occurring also and the activity will be enough to cause concern. The client did not express such a concern. Extensive research was conducted by the team's research specialist, and it was confirmed no deaths have ever occurred on this property. Client believes the property may have been the site of an Indian camp, but she was unable to provide Hide and Seek with any evidence to support that theory.
The teams Clairvoyant is a beacon and conduit for spirit communication, and she was able to connect with a wandering spirit, most likely from the cemetery not too far from the client's property. April 4th, 2018 - Last Resort, Port Orange, Florida
The last resort bar is a unique and quirky place. It is a true biker bar with an interesting past and is most known because of its association with the female serial killer, Aileen Wuornos. AL is the bar's owner, and he shared with us a look at some of the items he has in his possession that once belonged to Aileen, Including a bra. He has owned the bar for many years and knew Aileen Personally. Al did not stay for the investigation, but long-time bartenders Darlene and her husband Rich were present.
Hide-and-seek wants to thank the owner and staff of the last resort bar for allowing us to investigate this special property. January 21,2018 - Old Opera House, Arcadia Florida
Hide and Seek traveled to Arcadia Florida to investigate the Old Opera House. The building was built in the early 1900's where an orphanage once stood, before the orphanage was destroyed by a fire.
Several tragedies occurred at this location. A little girl lost her life when she fell to her death out of the 2nd story window and a women who was involved in a love triangle hung herself in the left corner of the stage from the rafter after being scorned by her lover. September 23, 2017 - Ashburn Jail in Georgia
Hide & Seek's paranormal team investigated the old Ashburn jail, in Ashburn Georgia. This building was built in 1906 and it held prisoners, including death row inmates until 1993.
There is a documented hanging in 1914 of a man named Miles Cribb, who was hung for killing his mother-in-law. This place is said to be one of the most haunted sited in Georgia. Our team had a few experiences here, but other than that it wasn't as rowdy of a place as we had expected.
Upon review of the evidence, we did capture some interesting EVP's and Spirit Box communications. Teresa had a wild personal experience when her back was against one of the jail cells, watch the video to see what happened to her. We get to introduce our newest member to the team, Rob. His Pic and Bio will be added to our members page soon.

Family, Is Never Too Far Away...
Hide and Seek had the pleasure of meeting a nice homeowner who was hoping to receive a message from her family members. We set up video cameras and voice recorders in three different locations around the home. What we received was a wonderful experience with a spirit who enjoys to chat.
We met several weeks later with the homeowner for our reveal, and she was pleasantly surprised by our findings. We presented her with a copy of all our evidence and a DVD with the full investigation on it, for her to watch, later at her leisure. What a pleasure it was for our team to have been invited to investigate this home.

Saturday, September 16th, 2017; The Old Jasper Jail and Museum in Jasper, Florida
Hide & Seek's paranormal team along with KY Paranormal Investigations whose founder is Roger Taylor investigated the old jail in Jasper, Florida. The old Jasper Jail was built in 1893 but stopped operating as a jail in 1984. Several men were known to have been hung from the jail's tower, and a few other documented deaths have been confirmed to have occurred there also.
Nothing paranormal was captured on video, but we did have a few personal experiences. Two team members saw a shadow figure and there were several spirit box communications caught on audio. The old Jasper jail operates as a museum now. If you happen to visit Jasper Florida go check them out.

Lights turned on by themselves, they were seeing an apparition of a young female in a white gown, hearing their names called out and whispers of endearment were being spoken to specific family members, doors to two different cabinets opening on their own and more. The client and her husband told us they believed they had an idea of who the young female was. The husband's aunt had passed away at the young age of 12 many years ago.

March 18th, 2017
Hide and Seek Paranormal had previously conducted an investigation for the client's fiancé. During this investigation we were informed that the client and her fiancé had an interest, in possibly joining the Hide and Seek team as new investigators. We were also advised her home is quite active and she believed her father's spirit is there. She has seen shadows, heard unexplained noises and her fiancé recently had his ear flicked. Flicking of someone's ear is something the father was known to have done during his life. It was decided that this investigation would be a great training exercise and induction of the client and her fiancé to the team. Jenny and Ed's pictures and bios have been added to Hide and Seek Paranormal Society's website. Welcome to the team!
Review of the audio and video validated the client's belief that her father does visit the home. The team successfully communicated with the spirit of her father and found that he periodically checks in on the family. I have jokingly expressed to the client, "your family sure is chatty!" We were able to capture several intelligent EVP's and many spirit box EVP's during the investigation. A clip of the investigation is available for view at www.hideandseekparanormalsociety.com. In conclusion, "The father and daughter's relationship, in life was a strong and endearing one. Even death couldn't alter the bond these two shared."
The moral 0f this story is an amazing and heartwarming one..... Eternal, fatherly love!
